Grub for Gamers Pork Chop with cheesy chorizo sprouts


Easy meal that is low on carbs great for us Porky gamers.

Serves 29 Recipe by Joe Wicks

2 Pork Chops
300g of Sprouts
40g Chorizo
knob of Butter
1/2 onion
I clove of garlic
50ml white
60ml double cream
125ml chicken stock
35g Gruyere
40g Chedder
Parsley

Turn the oven to 180c
Finely chop the onions and garlic a soften with the knob of butter until they start to caramalise

Chop the sprouts into 1/4 quarters and cook for 4 mins then plunge into cold water.

Chop the chorizo and fry off in a small pan no oil is needed as enough fat is in the sausage.

Add the white wine Chicken stock and reduce down then add the double cream and bring to the boil.

Next add in the cheese and heat until melted. Drop in the sprouts and stir till they are all covered in the gooey cheese. transfer to an oven proof pan and cover with the Chorizo. Then pop in the oven for 20 mins.

Heat a pan and pop in the pork chops season with salt and pepper cook for 3 mins each side.

Take a tray and wrap the pork chops and pop in the oven to finish cooking.

When the oven beeps take out the chops and let rest for 5 mins.

Take out the sprouts and serve with the Pork Chop.
